In 1945, Yoshika Miyafuji, who lost her magical powers during the attack on the last witch gathering, is studying to become a doctor. Shizuka Hattori, one of her students in the Fuso Royal Navy, brings her a message: Yoshika is to be transferred to Europe to continue her studies.
